What we collect

When you send the contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, organization if you give one, the topic and your message. With it we record when it was sent and the country the request came from, as reported by our hosting provider.

The website sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising scripts and loads nothing from other websites.

Why we use it

Only to read and reply to your message. We do not sell or share it, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Who processes it

The website runs on Cloudflare, which delivers your message by email to the ControlBus team. Our email provider stores it. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs of requests for security and operations.

How long we keep it

The website keeps no database of messages. Your message is kept in our email for as long as we need it to answer you and for our ordinary business records.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, through the contact form. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under state law, and we will honor them.

Changes

If this notice changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
